Our Foundation Session takes place in the comfort of your home or at a quiet location where you feel at ease. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about your pregnancy and birth plans, answer any questions you have, and discuss what working together will look like, including the scope of my support and what you can expect throughout your journey.
